How MailMeter Insight Works
MailMeter Insight is a browser based application that a user logs into (or is automatically logged in using Active Directory). The MailMeter Administrator grants access to Insight, selects which departments can be viewed by a manager, allows full message display, and schedules reports to be automatically be emailed to managers.
Authorized managers can view any report and drill in to the entire message and attachments.
Personal Insight Reports
Administrators can select to have the Overall Summary report automatically sent to all individuals in a department. Each user can see their own activity and know that their manager is seeing the same information — useful for seelf-management.
