With MailMeter Investigate, performing email search requests has never been faster. You can search for specific words within any email message, subject line or attachment instantaneously across the entire email archive. Confidential and Privileged
Don’t give up more information than you have to in discovery. With MailMeter Investigate’s tagging feature, you can mark emails as “Privileged” or “Confidential”, protecting your information while still providing necessary discovery. You can also mark preliminary search results by case number, or “For Manager Review”, or “For Print” or any other label you choose. MailMeter Investigate helps you organize, assemble and export emails for outside counsel.

Flexible Tagging for Categorization
Tags are just like sticky notes that are attached to an email. You can create as many tags as you like with the Tag Builder. Start with tags for Privileged, Confidential, Personal, Needs Review, etc. You can use multiple tags on a single email. You can also filter your searches with tags.
Message Display
You can open any message and see it in its original format.
See the text you searched for in the plain text view of the message.
Export Messages to PSTs
Select messages that meet your criteria and click the Export button. A list of those messages will be saved to create PSTs. Use the Export Manager to group Export lists into PSTs. Name the export and the PSTs (as many as needed) will be created automatically.
How MailMeter Investigate Works
MailMeter Investigate is a browser based application that searches the MailMeter Archive based on the search parameters you enter. The content of messages and attachments are indexed in a SQL server database. Currently SQL Server 2005, 2008, and 2012 are supported.

Exporting
You can create as many search results export lists as needed.
In the Export Manager, you select the lists you want exported to PSTs and give it a short name. The export process de-duplicates the lists and begins creating PSTs. MailMeter makes PSTs in reasonable sizes to avoid corruption and continues until all messages are exported. The PSTs are automatically sequenced. Example: My_PST_export_name (1 of 23).
